A single request may range from a straightforward product shoot for an impending product launch to a more intricate task such as curating content for your entire month's Instagram page. Our team will segment the request based on its scope, creating milestones and offering estimated completion times. Our objective is to deliver unparalleled flexibility through our membership services, allowing our clients a wide-open canvas to craft their envisioned outcomes as they desire.

We offer all kinds of content creation services that are needed to operate a consumer brand at scale. These include photography, UGC Management & creation, Design. So whether you need a creative product shoot done, want creatives for your next ad campaign or creator generated videos for your TikTok handle, we got it all covered under one membership. Note: Our design services are limited to social/promotional graphics and email marketing. We don’t offer UI/UX or landing page designs.

Total output depends on the level of detail in the request you submit. For example, if you need a creative product shoot done and you already have a shot list prepared with moodboard/references, then you can expect us to get started right away when we receive your products in our studio. If you do not have a set brief, our team will work on creating these items for you. However, this means that it will take longer for us to deliver the final assets.

We have built an internal network of experienced creators called ‘Haus Of Creators’ who can help you with various different styles of content. Once we receive your brief, we will match you with the creator best suited for the Job. Once you approve their portfolio, you will ship the products directly to them and they will begin working on your requests. Most creators fulfill the requests within 7 business days. Although, this can vary depending on the amount of videos they are required to produce.

On average, most requests are completed in just 5-7 business days or less. Content creation projects, by nature, are highly variable in scope. For complex requests, we will breakdown the request into milestones and deliver them accordingly.

No! After reviewing 100+ creators and their rates, we have come up with a fixed rate that is $250 per video asset. This is an industry standard and a fair rate for the content creators and for our clients. This fixed rate goes directly to the creators and we do not profit out of this transaction. A 6-month advertising license is included in this cost.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many creative requests to your content board as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Pophaus offers a ton of flexibility in how you request assets using Notion. Some common ways clients request assets is directly via Notion, sharing briefs via Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared inside Notion, it's fair game. Please watch how to video on this page to get a better understanding of our process.

You can cancel your subscription at any time if all your content needs are met. Most of our clients choose to work with us because they anticipate ongoing work for their business. If that is not the case for you please reach out to us at hello@pophaus.co and we can provide you with a custom quote.
